VCC's Chef's Table dinner series is one of Vancouver's best kept secrets!

Enjoy a gourmet five-course prix-fix menu designed by Chef Hamid Salimian with optional selected wine pairings, served in a unique long-table group setting in VCC's JJ's Restaurant.

The Chef's Table dinners are run by students, led by award winning instructors in VCC's International Culinary Arts program.

***Chef’s Table is a Table d’Hote dinner service which runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  All courses are served to all diners at the same time, in the same sequence. 

Late arrivals will receive the course that is being served at that time.  Any previous courses will be served to the guests in between remaining courses.

Dinner service ends at exactly 8:30 p.m., and the dining room is closed.  Please respect the closing time.  The students must reset the room for the morning classes, before going home at the end of class.
