| September 2 Tuesday | Start of Fall term. First day of class for Academic Upgrading and University Transfer courses. |
| September 8 Monday | Last day to drop from Academic Upgrading and University Transfer (September to October) courses. Dropped courses do not appear on a student's official transcript. |
| September 9 Wednesday | Last day to register in person for Fall term Academic Upgrading and University Transfer courses (September start). |
| September 23 Tuesday | $50 late registration fee applies to Academic Upgrading and University Transfer courses (September start). |
| September 30 Tuesday | National Day of Truth and Reconciliation: VCC is closed. |
| October 10 Friday | Withdrawal Deadline: Last day to withdraw from Academic Upgrading and University Transfer (September to October) courses. Withdrawn courses will appear with a "W" standing on a student's official transcript. |
| October 13 Monday | Thanksgiving Day: VCC is closed. |
| October 24 Friday | Last day to change from credit to audit status for Academic Upgrading and University Transfer courses (October start). Audit status cannot be granted until 2 weeks prior to the course start date. |
| October 26 Sunday | Last day to drop online for Academic Upgrading and University Transfer (October start) courses. |
| October 27 Monday | First day of class for Academic Upgrading and University Transfer (October start) courses. |
| October 30 Thursday | VCC Day: No daytime classes. Please check your schedule for evening class information. |

| December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026 | VCC closes for the Winter Break. The College re-opens on Friday, January 2, 2026. |
