Join the VCC Foundation Board of Directors

Are you passionate about education, community impact, and strategic leadership? The Vancouver Community College (VCC) Foundation is currently looking for nominations for individuals to join the Board of Directors.

We are looking particularly for candidates with professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Legal expertise
  • Investment and financial management
  • Governance and board leadership

As a Director of the VCC Foundation, you’ll play a vital role in guiding the Foundation’s mission to support student success and advance the College’s priorities through philanthropy and community engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance
  • Support fundraising and donor stewardship initiatives
  • Promote VCC’s mission, values, and vision in the community
  • Attend regular board and committee meetings as required

This is a volunteer leadership position with a term of up to three years and renewable. Previous board and/or fundraising experience is an asset but not required.
