30-minute advising sessions are available by phone, MS Teams, or in-person.

Broadway campus
Level 4, Building A

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Closed daily: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Downtown campus
Level 1, near Pender Street entrance

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Closed daily: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m

If you're a Canadian citizen or permanent resident currently living outside of Canada, we’re happy to support you virtually. Please email studentservice@vcc.ca to schedule a MS Teams appointment.
