Practicum 1 (OPTA 1221)
This first fieldwork experience provides the student with an opportunity to become familiar with the clinical environment. The application of theory and skills learned in the classroom are applied in a clinical setting. Students are supervised by a licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist, and gain experience in a clinical setting such as a hospital, clinic or long-term care facility. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all Semester 2 courses
