Students gain practical experience by running Studio Nuvo, a design studio open to the public. Projects range from logos and letterheads to digital campaigns, and student work is displayed in an annual public showcase.

Yes. Students in the Graphic Design Diploma program participate in a 120-hour practicum with a local business. This is in addition to working with public clients at Studio Nuvo, VCC’s on-campus design studio.
