Hosted by the ever-engaging Fred Lee, Flourish offers a taste of VCC’s finest, from dishes crafted by talented alumni and Michelin star chefs to the innovations shaping VCCclassrooms.
2026 Flourish will feature an exciting lineup of 15 chefs from VCC's culinary community, including:
* Chef Warren Chow: winner of Michelin Guide's 2023 Vancouver's Young Chef Award
* Chef Tobias MacDonald: Canada's second Certified Master Chef
* Chef Kebs Liu: creator of Kebsmakesicecream
* Plus: a new Flourish cocktail mixed by VCC Hospitality Mixology competition finalists
