Hosted by the ever-engaging Fred Lee, Flourish offers a taste of VCC’s finest, from dishes crafted by  talented alumni and Michelin star chefs to the innovations shaping VCC classrooms.

2026 Flourish will feature an exciting lineup of 15 chefs from VCC’s alumni and  culinary community, including:      

*  Chef Warren Chow: winner of the Michelin Guide 2023 Vancouver’s Young Chef Award      

*  Chef Anna Yeh: Executive Sous Chef of Vancouver Marriott Downtown      

*  Plus: a new Flourish cocktail mixed by VCC Hospitality Mixology competition finalists
