New VCC students can save on tuition with an entrance award

Entrance awards are available to new Vancouver Community College students for select programs in 2027.

These entrance awards are intended to alleviate the financial costs of their first year of school, with tuition support ranging from $500 to $2,000.

Students who accept their offer of admission for these programs starting January, May, or September 2027 will automatically receive the tuition award until all awards are claimed.

Eligibility

Domestic students, including Indigenous students, are eligible to apply for an entrance award. Apply early for a higher chance of receiving the award.

How to apply

1. Apply to one of the eligible programs.
2. Accept offer of admission
3. Receive the tuition award automatically (until all awards are claimed)
