Update to VCC student services hours

Beginning July 13, 2026, several frontline student service areas will implement standardized daily lunch closures to support more consistent and sustainable service operations across campuses.

The following areas will be participating in the lunch closure schedule:

• Registrar’s Office
• Financial Aid
• Assessment Centre
• Student Service Centre
• Counselling
• Advising
• Disability Services

The lunch closure schedule will be:

• Downtown campus: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Broadway campus: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

By staggering closures between campuses, Student Service Centre phone coverage will continue uninterrupted during lunch periods, as calls can be routed between campuses.
