Trade Safety Practices and Learning Techniques (RACM 1110)
This course combines essential communication skills with foundational workplace safety. Students will improve clear and productive communication, crucial for client interactions and team collaboration. Concurrently, the course covers basic safety concepts including the Workers Compensation Act, general trade safety, proper body mechanics, fire safety, and hazardous material identification, with specific attention to the Refrigeration field. The goal is to equip students with core competencies for academic and career success.
