Advising for VCC Students

Currently-enrolled international students at VCC may book an appointment to go over any questions or concerns with an International Student Advisor about their VCC studies. Our advisors are here to support you through your study journey at VCC.

Virtual Appointments

  • Virtual student advising is offered on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Book a 20-minute session
  • Include your VCC Student ID and your program when booking the appointment

In-Person Appointments

If you prefer to speak with an advisor in-person, we are available from Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Please email your availability and include your VCC student ID (if applicable), full name, phone number, and questions.


Immigration Advising for VCC Students

Get your immigration questions answered! Topics include study permit, co-op work permit, off-campus work eligibility, and post-graduate work permit. Please note that we do not offer immigration advising outside of the international student scope (eg: eligibility for permanent residency).

Immigration advising is only open to admitted or current VCC students with a VCC ID.

Virtual Appointments
