Request Forms

Download the request form, complete and sign the form, and upload it to myVCC to submit your request.

• Choose Student Dashboard, and in the International Students tile, click on Upload Documents.

Letter Requests

Current processing time: 3 weeks

Make sure your current contact information is updated on your myVCC account, including your mailing address, phone number and email address. Providing incomplete or inconsistent contact information on the request form may result in a delay in letter issuance. 

• COE - Confirmation of Enrolment - can be used for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), IRCC compliance confirmation, inviting family to Canada, etc. Not to be used for Study Permit Extension Application.
• Study Permit Extension Support Letter - to be used for Study Permit Extension application.
• Withdrawal form - Enrolment
