Training and Support

VCC-approved agents are expected to provide accurate information when advising international students. To support agents, VCC provides agent training and update sessions on a regular basis.

To arrange a virtual training session, please email with the following information.

  • Agent names
  • Number of staff
  • Date and time availability and preference
  • Nationalities of students
  • Specific topic requirements, if not general

 Agents may also connect with VCC's overseas teams if applicable.
