Hydraulic and Cooling Systems (WTEC 1205)
Learners will gain expertise in maintaining hydraulic components and optimizing cooling systems critical to turbine operation. They will test system components, select appropriate fluids and seals, install and maintain seals, and monitor performance under varying environmental conditions. Students will troubleshoot hydraulic issues, implement preventive maintenance, and document activities to ensure continuous and efficient turbine operation.
