This course will enable the learner to further develop knowledge, skills and attitudes for the provision of dental hygiene care. An exploration of areas of professional responsibility, the integration of critical thinking and advanced periodontal strategies, and
concepts of evaluation will prepare the learner for the provision of care and advocacy for clients with complex needs and individuals from vulnerable populations throughout the lifespan.
