Gathering Spaces

VCC's Indigenous Gathering Spaces are open, and the Indigenous Education and Community Engagement (IECE) team is available to welcome you and offer resources and support.

VCC’s Gathering Spaces feature inclusive workspaces, computers and printers, casual sitting areas, and kitchenettes. Our Gathering Spaces promote cultural safety, belonging, and the opportunity to connect with friends, old and new.

Access the Gathering Spaces

For security reasons, the doors to our Gathering Spaces are locked. You will require an access card for entry. If you do not have your access card, knock on the door for a staff member or fellow learner to let you in when possible. 

Download your access card

• Download RBH Mobile BT app in Google Play or Apple app store
• Email your full name, VCC Student ID number, and RBH Mobile BT app number to indigenous@vcc.ca with "Gathering Space Access" in the subject line. 
• Once activated, you will need to have your VCC Student ID card number and the RBH Mobile BT app number to scan for entrance
• Allow 24 hours for card activation, Monday through Friday
