This course provides students with a framework for understanding the development, evolution and refinement of policy making and leadership issues within the health care systems in Canada. Selected readings facilitate exploration of the governance, structure and function of the Canadian health care system, and the role of the nurse in the changing landscape of health care delivery in Canada. This course is part of the full-time Nursing (BScN) Advanced Entry, Nursing (BScN) Year 1 Entry Programs.
