Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN) Test Prep is a short testpreparation course for those internationally educated nurses who are applying for licensure either to the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC (CLPNBC) or to the College of Registered Nurses of BC (CRNBC) and who are required to demonstrate English language proficiency in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing before entry to practice in the Canadian workplace.

Prerequisites
- Be an internationally-trained nurse AND
- CLBPT or CLB of 8 or above for Listening and CLB 7 or above for Reading OR
- English Language Assessment (ELA) of minimum of 25 in Listening and minimum of 36 in Reading OR
- IELTS score of minimum of 6.5 in Listening and minimum 6.0 in Reading OR
- Special Permission by Department Head
