Your UserID stays active for three years after your last class at VCC. After that, access to VCC’s online systems will expire.

Requesting Your Transcript

Unofficial transcripts are not available.
Final grades cannot be given by phone or email.

For privacy reasons, the Registrar’s Office cannot share final grades by phone, email, or at the front counter. But don’t worry—we can let you know if your grades have been submitted.
