The Student Records team is a key operational unit withIn the Registrar's Office. Student Records is here to help students with their VCC transcript requests, transfer credit and prior learning assessment requests, domestic confirmation of enrolment letters, grade processing, and graduation assessments. Please note that VCC will be closed from December 24, 2025, to January 1, 2026 for the winter holidays. We will re-open on January 02, 2026. Requests for transcripts, letters, forms, transfer credit and prior learning assessment, etc. submitted and paid for on or after December 05, 2025, may not be processed prior to the College winter break closure. Students requiring transcripts on an urgent basis are advised to visit the Registrar’s Office at any VCC campus location for same day processing (immediate payment required).
