Endpoint Administration and Support (ITOP 1130)
Students will learn how to provision, secure, and support Windows endpoints in modern workplace environments. In this course, students will configure identity and access controls, apply essential hardening practices, and troubleshoot endpoint issues using industry?informed tools and methodologies. Students will also automate routine administrative tasks and deliver professional remote support, building a foundation that prepares you for advanced systems, cloud, and security courses later in the program.
