Hospitality Capstone 2 (HOSP 4360)
In this final capstone course students prepare and present a comprehensive project that builds on the work done in HOSP 4330 Hospitality Capstone 1. This will include a detailed plan that will provide recommendations to address the issues identified in the Capstone 1 report. Students may work individually or in groups depending on the complexity of the project and authorization of the instructor.
